DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER ONLINE?

NO you can simply choose to buy whatever you like without setting up an account with us, however we do have a LOG IN account facility for our customers who like to keep all their details stored, which also offers extra discounts and benefits for returning & trade customers.

 

I NEED MY ITEMS URGENTLY CAN YOU HELP? 

YES we have various delivery options available to you, we have an amazing local delivery which is the same day.........yep thats right THE SAME DAYFor customers abit further afield we have a SUPERFAST delivery option which is before 10.30am next day (UK mainland only) this is selectable in the basket area. CAN I AMMEND MY ORDER?

We cannot guarantee we can amend an order but please contact us a.s.a.p and we will do the best we can to help. Unfortunately if your order has already left the warehouse we will not be in a position to cancel your order.

 

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on sending out the correct product in the best condition, however if you do experience a faulty/Incorrect product and need to return this item contact us immediately and we will start to organise a replacement for you. We offer a peace of mind 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE where we accept general returns regarding there’s nothing wrong with the product, it’s in its original packaging and you have your order receipt where you can attach your order number with what you're returning. Doing this we ask that you get these sent back to us at your own cost and you return the items within the 14 day period of letting us know.
